We provide onsite home support throughout Suffolk and Norfolk, covering Beccles, Halesworth, Lowestoft, Southwold, Bungay, Great Yarmouth, and surrounding rural communities. We never charge callout or travel fees for visits inside our service area.
Yes. If your computer can still connect to the internet, we can resolve approximately 90% of software, email, and performance issues using secure, encrypted remote access software. It is fast, convenient, and costs less than an onsite visit.
We support all major makes and models of computers. This includes Apple Macs (MacBook, iMac) and Windows PCs/laptops from manufacturers such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, and Toshiba. We also help with tablets, routers, smart home appliances, and printers.
We operate on a transparent, hourly billing model. You only pay for active troubleshooting time. There are no registration fees, callout charges, or unexpected travel costs. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will not bill you.
